Once the decision to purchase has been made Members may commence the sale process by “reserving” a property from the stock inventory quickly and efficiently through a single mouse click. Members may deal directly with the property owners via Estates For Sale, availing themselves of the maximum referral fee available. Associate Members must work through a full Member to finalise each sale. The division of the referral fee is negotiated directly between the Member and the proposed Associate. Applicants for Member status are required to enter into a Member Agreement with Estates For Sale. In doing so the Member certifies that they have all licenses, permits, and have satisfied all other requirements of any relevant authority that are required for them to lawfully conduct the sale of property in their legal jurisdiction.
