Estates for Sale is a direct link to sellers/developers of Investment Property that pay our Members a fee for the Introduction! Once a decision is made to purchase a property a member simply logs in as a 'full member' and reserves the property exclusively for their client - this function can only be done by a 'Full Member'. Once a property is reserved the seller/developer's contract admin system 'kicks into gear' and will commence contract preparation.
